By using Maya Snap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means acceptance of the latest version.

2. Service Description

Maya Snap provides AI-generated diagnosis and repair guidance for appliances, tools, HVAC, marine equipment, and similar items based on photos you upload. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as guidance, not guaranteed professional advice.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• The DIY Pass is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe.
• Free-tier users receive a limited number of diagnoses per period.
• You can cancel anytime from your Account page or the Stripe billing portal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a license to process them through our AI systems solely to provide the service. Do not upload images you do not have the right to share.

5. Safety & Liability

Repair work can be dangerous. Always follow safety precautions, unplug equipment, and consult a licensed professional when unsure. Maya Snap's guidance is informational and we are not liable for injury, damage, or incorrect repairs. Use at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EcoPower Hub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
